From my count, there were 14 A's, and 11 D's often, many being either or. Based on that, I'll have pricing posted tomorrow as well as the fabrication, applique, screened, etc. The size I am aiming for is 10" x 15". I may order both A's and D's and folks can get what they wish.
With respect to the helmet emblem and which way it faces, is not a huge issue for me and will respond to the majority. However, a couple of points. On the F32 orange vinyl graphics the helmet faces forward. In the Trojan metal plates (sold by Beacon as well) the helmet faces to the right, or to the rear. So, it seems Trojan did not have a set standard. In the military, and you can check any US combat uniform, forward is always towards the hoist, which is why the US ensign seems backwards when worn on the right sleeve, but correct when worn on the left sleeve. The hoist is always forward (or towards and enemy - nor retreating) and so I used that convention in how the helmet faced.
I'll be back to all with details tomorrow night on pricing and construction.
BTW, there will be a new post on jacket designs. Clyde had mentioned an interest and I had a night where I wished to do anything other than my normal stuff and whipped up some designs.
