Already happening Paul. If your religion dictates that a woman is to keep her face covered, she does not have to reveal herself in some courts. Been cases where this has been a real issue considering the "accused has a right to face his/her accuser." How can you even be sure with 100% certainty that the right person is taking the stand! What happened to "beyond the shadow of a doubt." Unbelievable. I'm all for human rights and respect all religions but some compromises must be made when it can mean the difference between life and death.
