@Gumper,
Wow, that was some really good work with the fridge doors. I really thought that they were replacement interior panels. Guess I'll have to use my imagination to try and fabricate something. thanks for the return response. Again, nice pics of your progress. A labor of love they are.....

Post some pics of what you got. If you can't find anything I could try using mine as a mould. I would have to wait until after the season. My wife does not like me touching the fridge during boating season. She is very protective of it.

Noah's in Toronto, or Exotic Woods in Burlington.

Gumper, Sorry if I sorta hijacked the thread......
Thank you for the offer on making a mold. I'm sure we have pretty much the same style of frigde. I'd like to replace it but there is no way I would be able to find another just like it to fill the space under the sink counter. Plus, the wife really likes it and wants to try and stay as true to original as possible. I'm planning to replace the chiller coil and compressor with an AC/DC unit since the one I have is only AC. PO (Grand-dad) removed the transformer when they pullled the genny.
Again, thanks for the offer. I'll post some pics on photobucket before the weekend is over. I don't have a problem waiting if you are seriously willing to make a mold from yours..
And once again, nice job on the rear deck....

I saw a boat the used poli glow on the hull last season and I was impressed with the way is looked. I decided to try it this year. After one season is looks just like the day is was put on. So far I am very pleased with the results.

Thanks ! Yes fibreglass hull and everything else is wood. I am not sure but I think it must be one of the oldest fibreglass Trojans.

did you have to do any restoration work on the decks and cabin? again, just curious. yes, the sea raider with the wood/fiberglass combination was a transitional model for trojan before cutting over to all 'glass' in late 1971 for the 1972 model year. she's beautiful gumper. she really is. and i am still gobsmacked at that back deck restoration. first class all the way.

The first project I did was replacing the cabin top. Looking back It was easy to do but tool me along time. The curved edges of the top I did in solid mahogany and shaped with a plane and a sander. Everything is coated with epoxy sealer and then west system epoxy. It should last allot longer than the original cabin top.
