Boat Leveler Trim Tab - Bad Hinge - Any Leads?

OK so i went back outside and reconnected everything back up. i had some zippo lighter fluid and used a squirt inside the vent hole for the solenoid valve, then had my dad run the tabs while i 'ever so gently' taped on the threaded base, after only 45 seconds of switching between up and down, my trim tabs were functional. so i placed a few drops of transmission fluid into the vent holes. I will go back out in an hour and cycle them again just to be certain. I must say i am utterly amazed at the quality of this hydraulic system considering it is38 yrs old.

If you can find a manual for it, it would be greatly appreciated!
