Hart,

I havent made a decision yet, I have been putting together a "to do" list, if you will, along with associated costs to get the boat in first an insurable and a safe seaworthy state, and then some of niceties so my wife can enjoy the boat sooner than with the 32.

this is a copied and paste post from the POLL

I have decided to relist the 32 and give it a couple of weeks, if she sells, I'm going to try and buy the 36 for as little as possible. I'll have the engines and boat surveyed, if acceptable to me, I'll replace the fuel tanks in the aft lazarette and while hauled have the thru hulls replaced and have the hull polished, new VHF and I may replace the autopilot with a Comnav for the trip home. (she is laying about 150 miles from SD)

Once here, I'll strip the interior, re-upholster the dinette and re-carpet right away along with a new sofa. this will clean her up more than anything. I'll take the rest a project at a time.. which means new corian in the galley and head, engine room painting etc.....

so thats the plan.... :)

Hopefully the bidding war made you feel a little bit better about the buy.

Crazy thing was that that was what drew everyone who looked at her, she is very clean which helped tremendously but the repower put her over the top
