and there she is during the last big snow storm painted in the latex paint i was told I could not use , looks like it was painted yesterday

the mind works better open than shut , when i first joined this site someone wanted to put a door in the stern and was getting very negative responses .
oh i would never do that the boat will fall apart !
i posted and said there is no problem with that you could cut it off at the deck and go fishing i got laughed at , so then i posted a pic of a boat with exactly that , there were still non believers until someone here posted the door they cut in , never heard another word from the naysayers
again on that ,
I doubt there has ever been a breakthrough invention that was not tried and failed before that's how we evolve

whats wrong with a little , hey that could be a neat little deal if you can pull it off or or you know people have tried and failed at this before but maybe it can be done if it was done differently ,
is there anything wrong with a little in couragement is there anybody here with extensive mechanical and a/c experience that has tried this please stand up if your there
I started boating on lake Ontario when I was 8 with my dad moved from there when I was 16 in 1976 to the Chesapeake bay region where I have boated since I now live 150 yards from the back of my house to the bay and 200 yds down the street to one of the best charter fleets and in the middle bay
I have seen a/c units hanging from all holes on a boat and they all have 2 things in common they are ugly and there owners never tried another way ,
well i am going to try to change that win lose or draw I am going to post the results with pics , why? because if i do it someone else can see how it is done , and if i don't it might keep someone else from wasting their time
or maybe some one will see where it went wrong and better it and make it work, either way it will be good info

9rock,

You and I think a lot alike! I will follow someones advice, but there are other times when I don't, and just have to find for out myself. I'm one of those guys that says,,,,,,,"What if" Those are the most powerful two words in the world. If know one ever said those words, we would still be living in the stone age!

Over the years, I have succeeded in doing many things, that others told me, just can't be done! I hope to put a window a/c in my F25 this summer myself. I'm not going to say where it will be installed. But it will fit into the rest of the design of the boat, so it won't look sloppy!

So I am very anxious to see your results in pic's later on. Like I said, I'm behind you 110%.
