main window opener/latch <hatch adjuster>

The long ovals that you push on to open and close the windows I have no idea what they are called, but does anyone know of a company that makes them, or after they break that's it no more functional windows?

This isn't my boat just a google image you can see on the sides of the windows the long ovals that open and close the windows those are what i was referring to.

Hard to tell in the picture you posted, but those look like regular hatch props. If it is the same thing, Beacon appears to call them Hatch Adjusters, as they are usually used to hold hatches open... Maybe in your vintage they used the same part for windshield panels.
