International 14 Meter Question

Hello Everyone...
First time post....hope to become a member soon, though.
Looking at a 14 Meter Sedan for sale. It's listed as "1989 Trojan 460". (I'm sure you can find it on the web!)
However, when I look at book values (Respectively) Its listed as 14 Meter Convertible 471. I know it's 46' in length and 16'3 beam.
Can anyone shed some light? Also, for you diesel guys out there.....What are your "personal opinions" for D.D. 8V92TIB 485 hp. ?? I'm guessing these are two strokes?
Owner says the starboard engine has 40 hrs since A-frame rebuild. Port original 750. Cruises at 15-16 knots at 2000 RPM.....18-19 knots 2200 RPM.
Can anyone guess what the fuel burn might be with this?
Thank you so much for your time. I really appreciate it. The people on this forum are the most remarkable..resilient..knowledgeable..caring persons I've ever read about. God Bless!

While there are many 8v92s around there is not a D.D. 8V92TIB 485 hp . The 8V92 most likely would be higher hp in that boat . they did make a 671TIB @ 485hp . I would check on the facts
I think I found the boat no engine photos but would bet they are DD 671 @ 450 or 485 HP .

I believe the 8V92TIB were 750 HP and were in the 14 meter.

with all due respect, if you are very concerned with the fuel burn on a vessel of that size, it might be best to consider a smaller boat....

It would be realistic to expect about 1/2 mile to the gal at cruse . looking at the speed the rpm numbers I assume it has the 450 or 485hp 671

Thank you so much for your responses...I appreciate it.
Prowlerfish and El L Sea,
Thanks for your input. I know the owner said they were 8V92...maybe I misunderstood when he mentioned the HP's. I asked for the total
hp...and he probably gave me for each engine. That would make sense.
RWS...with all due respect, I only wish to know the fuel burn for the engines just for the data/information. It's good to know in case I need to relay this
info to ....say, a surveyor or diesel mechanic or if I feel somethings not running right with the engines while out in water. I'm not overly concerned
from a financial view point. I do understand the financial obligations to a vessel this size though, but not enough to scare me away.
I'm waiting for some pics of the engines...and I will try to post them.
Thank you again gentlemen for all your help.

Just looked at the listing.
BEAUTIFUL BOAT !
I've been on one just like it in 2003 in Stuart Florida at the Trojan get together.
identical layout
Vessel's name was ANDIAMO
had the original CLEAR LUCITE chairs.

This boat has been on/off the market a few times... I had considered it originally before settling on the 12 Meter Express... My 12 has the 6-71ti's and they run amazing!!
The 14's actually came with the 6-71's in it, which is what this boat has installed... They were the base motor.. the 8V92's were the optional engine and was a very expensive option.
Regardless, it's a very nice piece of equipment with a few nice updates! I definitely want a 14 for my next boat!
