Any good quality marine canvas company could make a cover. I don't think these Chicago guys are trojan specialists by any means - just did a few jobs on Trojans. Their 'Recent Projects' link will give a better indication of their work, but always ask around. If you see someone whose canvas looks like a particularly nice job, find out who did it for them and how happy they are with the work and timeline.
Also there is a slight chance someone on the forum may have an old cover they don't use, but odds are it won't be a perfect fit and fasteners (if you have any on your boat already) will likely be in the wrong position.
