Any chance the numbers have "NO. # " in front of them ? could be a USCG Doc number if it was documented at so time . I tried running the number but site is down .

Am remodeling my forward head. Port light has a sliding cover, with handle. Just a simple piece of teak cut at an angle. Took the handle off of it so I could countersink the holes a bit more. Here's a pic of the underside. Guessing your numbers look like this?
Also have my aft cabin headliner down. The handwritten number is on the bottom edge of the port bulkhead of my escape hatch, so not all numbers are machine-made.
