Kohler generator

Does anyone have any information on this generator? We just bought this boat . Any where to by parts for this electrical wires etc

Not the OEM generator Trojan used Onan . Are there any ID numbers on it ?

We have a Onan non marine is there anyway to convert it

All we know about it is it's a 6.5 R27 water cooled Kohler generator. We can't figure out how it starts ? There is no starter on it and no place to put one on . Any information would be greatly appreciated

While I cannot say for sure on this unit , many have used the generator it self as the starter . I suspect that maybe the case .
