Dash layout question

Need some help with the switches on my lower helm - only a few are labelled, and am curious about the rest. None of them seem to do anything, but would like to know what they are supposed to do before poking around.

As per below, it’s a ’79 30’ flybridge (not completely sure what the model is, either sport cruiser or express cruiser, thinking sport), twin 318s.

The dash layout from left - right is:

Port engine key
Red pushbutton
Red toggle
Running lights
Unknown
Unknown
Port wiper
Stbd wiper
Bilge pump
Unknown
Blower
Red toggle
Red pushbutton
Stbd engine key

Assuming all are still stock (I know, never assume anything), can anyone help with the unknown ones, as well as the pushbuttons and red toggles? I read here that they MIGHT be the emergency start toggles, but don't know. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Many thanks, pilgrim32. I'm going up there tonight, and will check things out with this layout in mind.

Thx for the reply.
