OK....another question

there are tanks on each side of the engine compartment.......I'm told these are the water tanks????

The two tanks in the engine compartment are water tanks. My boat F28-1979 holds 60 gallons of water. That is according to the boat survey that I had done.

I was hoping thats what they were... there are two plastic vents that vent into the engine compartment and thought that was strange.
