Here are the cusions I made last year for our F-25. The foam cost around $250 off the internet. I bought the fabric at our fabric area on 4th Street here in Philly for about $125. Then broke out the sewing machine and thread, and tried to put something together that my wife would like.

Very nice!

We just had our front deck cushions re-done.
They were all packet down and ugly white that was dry and cracking.

The seat guy steamed the old foam and it grew an inch and is like new again and we didn't have to buy new foam....
I didn't know that foam would come back like that.

Well, I'm not sure how he did it. My wife took the cushions to him to see what he could recover them for and she asked how much the foam was. He told her and she said we can't afford that right now casue the foam was twice as much as it was to have them recovered. He said well i can try to steam them back to life. He steamed them, I supposed with some sort of steamer and they fluffed back up after years of being flat.
It did a great job...

Man you did a great job picking out the colors especially since they seem to look good with that crappy laminate table and counter top. I've been wondering about redoing my cushions and what colors to use. My 1975 F26 still has the original orange cushions still. I don't really want to spend the money on new counter laminate if I don't have to you know. Your choice seems to get a lot of bang for your buck. I want to do the solar thing too maybe later. Kinda hope to hear about others doing the solar thing and what issues they have.
