Tri-cabin electrical access question

I have a '79 Tri-cabin and the switch that operates the shower drain pump in the master stateroom is missing its front plate. The switch has lodged itself back into the hole in the wall in the bathroom and each time it is used the switch goes a little further back into the wall and will eventually fall through.

I can see wires several back there and want to be able to replace the switch properly but have no clue how to gain access to the area. It is located below the medicine cabinet and there are no obvious panels to remove.

Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with the hallway light switch when I went to replace it. I grabbed it but it was stuck and then the front came off and the rear slipped inside the wall where It was all wires and I couldn't get in there. I eventually fished it out through the hole but I was scared for a minute there I wasn't gonna get it back out of there to replace it with a new switch......
