Newbie here- 1990 F-32

Hello Everyone!
I'm interested in buying a 1990 f-32...but why can't I find it located in the NADA to have a better understanding of it's worth?
Does anyone know what an above average boat would be worth?
I would appreciate any input!

Boat values are very different than cars and guides like NADA or BUC are of VERY limited benefit. IMHO- the two most improtant factors in determining value is condition and the current market climate. A good active surveyor can be very helpful- much more so than any book.
Current listings can help but only if you actually inspect the boat. Ads and pictures tend embelish the positives and hide the negatives. Age can also be a poor indicator of condition. I've seen many model year 2000 boats that are in worse shape than my 1974- a lot depends on how a boat is cared for.
I do think you are doing the right thing by looking at a boat in above average condition as these typically represent better "values" than cheaper boats.

Willie has a nice setup for $10k .. Paul has an F36 for a bit more (with diesels) and Tony will sell his for the right price (its very nice). Heck - I'll sell you mine (diesels) ... got my eye on something bigger ...

Going rate for a 1990 F32 would be what the market has them for. A boat will sell for as much as someone may pay for it. Then you have boats just like that are in bad shape that will decrease the value of the going market. Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch. Watch what you buy. You may get a deal on the price but the boat may have shot engines, rotted deck and wet stringers. I would say a nice bristol 32 would be in the high 40's & maybe a pinch more.

you will find lots of assistance here, and, once you become part of the boating community, at your marina for the most part. everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. think of marinas and the boating lifestyle, and it IS a lifestyle, as well as this forum like neighborhoods USED to be in the 1950's, '60's and early '70's.
i would not trade it for anything in the world.
