Just saying hello. I have been reading the forum for several months. I purchased 1970 30 foot trojan last may and have been working on it since then.
Here are a few picks. Maybe some of you might even know the boat.

Beautiful vessel Ian. She diffinently is a classic. What is her engines and is she a fiberglass hull with wooden super structure or wooden items top to bottom. Welcome to a great forum with lots of helpful members and hosted by Bob at Beacon Marine Supply, Give him a call or email him. He probably has a lot of the history on your vessel, as in delivery date, or the dealer that original ordered the vessel from the start. Kind of awesome when you think of it yup Trojan History can't beat it. Talk to you later Brian

IT has a fiberglass hull and a wood top. I have not seen very many of them in the forum. It has twin 318's. It came with alot of the orignal paperwork . I will scan some of the more interesting stuff and put it with the photo's.

In looking at your pictures, the white ceiling liners look new. Did you replace them throughout the cabin? I'm looking to redo mine and could use any suggestions/info you might have.....

The boat and I are near Merrickville Canada on the Rideau canal. The headliner looks good but it is old. Maybe original? I have seen the same material at our local auto glass store that does Upholstery work as well.

MyTrojan, This spring after you go splash bring your boat up to b-ville & come to J & S. Brad is a master at headliner replacement. We have a bunch of Trojans up here. We also have the best canvas guy in New York State too.
