What should i look for before buying an F-32

Thought I had one without a swim platform but the deal fell throu
Still have my sights set on a couple but I would like some advice on what to look for that would not be obvious.

Check Stringers from stem to stern by poking limber holes or any exposed wood for dry rot.
This ended up being a big project to fix on my f32.

holes. big holes.
apart from that...check the front deck for softness, as this tends to be a problem area on these from what i understand.

Up on the flybridge check for soft spots at the corners of the console where it is screwed to the rooftop.

Absolutely - we really want to do the Great Circle some day ... but willing to do parts of it until we have the time.

thanks for the info....and yes I will do a survey, but I wanted to have a preliminary look..what is the point of doing a survey if I notice the stringers have dryrot....again the info has been a great help
