taking half a day off tomorrow and stocking up on chef boyardee, cheesepuffs, pepsi, and becks. then out to a cove and will stay anchored there until sunday evening. upper 60s to low 70s here...has been all week. but, again, that's not too unusual for this time of year...HERE.
hey...no one said us southern boaters couldn't join in on the torture.

Nice fishies. Nice weather. Up here we pull the boats just ahead of ice-fishing season, which in the Adirondacks can be anytime after Thanksgiving if Mother Nature decides. May not be able to cruise out to the best spots but you save a lot of gas walking on water!

Nice fish! We caught several nice (30, 32 & 36") Red Fish last week
Me with the 32"er
We got into a school of small (2-3#) Bluefish Thursday afternoon.
Going inshore tomorrow in the skiff (Trout and Reds) ... then need to hook up the heater in the 26 for a trip over Thanksgiving. Fall fishing is here and strong!
