Any suggestions for a good lubricant to use to lubricate the throttle and gear shift cables?

I just purchased my Trojan about a year ago and they seem to be working OK, but I noticed a little dragging at the end of boating season so wanted to get it done in the spring.

Teleflex simply recommends removing cables and lubricating it with waterproof grease.
