Hi all - I'm looking at a 10.8 international with 454s. On the sea trial, the boat wouldn't exceed 3800RPM / 22-23KTS. The 454s are supposed to go to 4400RPM correct? At 1800RPM it was doing 8KTS @ 8GPH. The props on the boat are 20x19 3 blades. I'm thinking the boat is over-proppsed. What do you think?

Does anyone know the stock prop size?
