Here are the component locations in case any of you want to troubleshoot yours.

The "pump" is actually just a soleniod. One side connected to the water supply and the other has clear tubing going up to the nozzles. Mine was located on the right side of the helm, up high. My VHF is just in the right spot so I had good access. If your VHF is somewhere else, I'm not sure how you can access it.

The three nozzles are under the plastic ceiling panel inside the cabin.

Mine was disconnected and worked when I hooked it back up. I think the previous owner pulled the hose thinking that it was leaking when in actuality it was the nozzles leaking from up top.

I re-bed the nozzles and my horn while I had the panel down. Pay attention to the nozzle orientation, they're a little different than a car, they sit at different angles for each window.
