Flooring in Seattle

The carpet in my 10.8 is wasted. We'd like to get either laminate or really good wood look vinyl flooring in the lower area. I'm looking at karndean and konecto specifically. The top can be carpet, but we'd prefer to do the same. I have no spare time and would like to pay someone to do the installation. I want it done right (well done hatches, etc).

Looking for a reccomendation for a flooring guy to do the work. Remove the old padding, prep the floor (some leveling may be required) and flooring installation.
