1985 Trojan International has a leak in holding tank. Please let me know if you have any suggestions in how to replace or repair.

If it's not a leak by one of the fittings, then it should be replaced (poly-plastic I assume??). Option 1 is do it yourself. Option 2, which is what I prefer: A. Get big bag of money, B. Have nearest marina replace yucky holding tank and replumb any hoses, fittings etc, where needed. C. Give big bag of money to marina. Results = enjoying the boat again.

I noticed my tank was leaking I found the hose coming out the tank to the pump was split. So I replaced the line and all is well.

Built in tank or mid cabin model?
If it is the built in tank, the problem is probably sealant deterioration on the fiberglass lid, as it was with mine from excessive use of formaldyhde chemicals after hurricane Charley.

Sounds like this may be a major repair. You may want to consider simplifying things and check out a composting head. There has been some discussions of these on here and a search should bring 'em up.
