Funny you ask... yesterday I made a new pick up tube. I took the old tube out and it was shot. It had hairline cracks up at the top. It was sucking more air than gas.

glad you found the problem. is this from one of the tanks under the cockpit?. sure doesnt look like there is enough room under there to remove it without bending. are your tanks the original round 62 gal tanks? what did you make your pickup from? copper tubing? and what size?

It was the 62 gal tank, port side under the cockpit. We took the floor up & had a pretty straight shot at it. We used half inch copper.

yeah i was wondering if the floor had to come up. not to big a deal for mine with the floor hatch being screwed down too.then it would be a straight shot to the tank. since i hadnt done it didnt know if there was a way around that. thanks for the reply
