Your prop should be fixable at any good prop shop , sounds like you may need a new strut and a new rudder , can you post a photo or 2

kicker,
I have a 1980 F25 HT Express, what model is yours? I saw the bottom of my boat when I bought it, but never have since putting it into the water, so can't help you with you problem, sorry to say.
But as they say, pictures will help a lot. Put some of topside too, if you can, I would love to see them.
Welcome to the forum also.

Call Bob, here at Beacon Marine Supply. He just did a complete replacement on an F30 a few weeks ago. Give him your strut numbers.
There were also a couple threads on props for sale here on the board recently.

I could also be wrong...but it appears that the rudder blade was modified to be larger and that is not how it came from the factory. Someone else may know better.
