Has anybody here had any problems with their fuel line check valves???
I've had issues lately with both engines, then Tue. Stbd engine wouldn't start. Discovered no fuel getting to engine. Traced back to a sticking check valve on the pick up tube at the tank. Gutted it and Stbd. engine purrrs like a kitten now.

I had one completely fail over the course of a couple of days. I replaced both and keep a spare on board now.

I probably could have cleaned it out but for what they cost (less than $20), I just replaced them.

Thanks Tony.... didn't think of that.
I was so frustrated I just tore the guts out. But I don't plan on using her until the 4 new ones get here

I had my share of problems with them for sure, so I replaced all of them last spring when I put in new tanks.

I have a restriction in the P fuel sys at 1800 the tanks go down equally
Above that the fuel comes proportionally from S tank all filters are new
I was going into the tank after the strainer next :?:

On my Tri, they're located on the fuel tank connected to the elbow that coming from the pick up tube, right before the shut off valve.
I got the new ones from right here on the forum. Just call Bob.
