Epoxy. Added silica sand for non-skid on the "catwalk" and tops of the exhaust risers, 'cause I step on them when the the hatches are open.

Hi David,

I like your bait table. Is it made from Starboard?

Also you mentioned that you use your exhaust manifolds as a step. Be careful doing this since it can cause exhaust leaks at the head over time.

On the bait table, I can't remember the letters that designate the material. I just call it "cutting board material". It easy to work with, UV stable, weldable, and never needs painting.

I used the same stuff on my swim deck, and it still looked good after 15 years, but I just replaced the swim deck with black "Seaboard", since the topsides (rubrail down to waterline) are now black. The seabaord is supposed to be even better.

Very nicely done. I like the cutting board. I would like to know more about the material you used. Thanks.

Having difficulty posting images correctly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
