Sharing some helpful striping information

Hey all,
The striping on my 36 tricabiin is a joke, so therefore I am going to restripe it.
Many of you know to take a heat gun to it and heat it up and pull it off.
This worked for the upper deck striping but not for the boot stripe
The boot stripe was actually 3 stripes. 3" Bottom, 3/4 mid and 1/4 top.
The heat gun wouldn't work becuase the stripe is so old. And in the past I used a 3M stripe off erase wheel, but Im not going to spend 50 bucks.
Therefore the marina uses a different technique. Take a single sided razor blade in a 2" scraper and take it off slowly. ***There are 2 sides to a single side razor blade!!!*** You have to rest it along the gel-coat and see if it glides without friction. If it does not, flip it over.
I had all the striping off within an hour! ...Just want to make your lives easier guys!
