I think this one is a good project, and you can live on it while you fix it. Maybe not with the wife LOL

Doug, there's a Hatteras just like that up here in Nabbs Creek, been sitting for at least 4 years. Twin 454s, two staterooms, galley down, two party decks. The guy shows up under threat of auction three times a year and pays his back rent but the boat has been partially stripped by thieves. Absolutely criminal to do that to a vessel.

Gotta love those French doors. With all that mess, that would certainly be one of the first things I would install.
