Motor question...1980 F36

I have just bought a 1980 F36 and need to get rid of the motors and are a bit confused as to the manufacturer of the current motors.
Here is my question...The motors have chrysler exhaust manifolds but seem to have ford intake manifolds. Are they Ford or Mopar?
I will be selling the marine items from the engines ie..heat exchangers transmissions, manifolds, starter etc.
...the motors will be rebuilt as engines for vintage drag racing.
Thanks,
SRD

YES the did offer it with Ford engines
What you have is 460 fords they where use by Chrysler marine .
when the stopped making the 440 the started using the ford 460 block.
many trojans used these . they are hard to get marine parts for them
Recc you buy a ad in the for sale section someone may neeed parts

Thanks for the info and the warm welcome. I am a proud new owner with big plans to cruise the coast of the Carolina's and Virgina.
Does anyone know how much horsepower they made from the factory?
I am going back with 6.0 MultiPort fuel injected Chevy's that produce 375hp and will weigh quite a bit less than the current engines.
I want to make sure that I am not backing up by putting a lower horsepower motors back in the boat.

If my old brain ( quiet Tony ) remembers correctly the 460 was 340hp ( the 440 was 330)

Thanks again for the information.
The boat will most likely be tied up in Belhaven NC...allowing for day cruises to many of the spots were planning on dropping the hook.
Thanks

Our 73 F36 has GM 454s. New rated at 330hp (not likely there anymore) but it still jumps up on plane and will do about 30mph although we spend about 90% of our time running about 10-12 mph and use 1/4 of the gas to go the same distance.
