Does anyone know if an F36 convertible must have its bridge removed to transport by land or would it stay below max hieght restrictions?

Depends on source, destination, and route. If the trucking company has a low-rider trailer and can find a route that avoids wires and bridges, you should be golden.

I'm in the process of transporting a boat now and can tell you that 12' total height is max without a special State DOT permit. Above 12' in height, you can still move it over an interstate but need that special permit. The total height including the low-rider trailer it is loaded on to the top of the highest point of your flybridge cannot exceed approx 13'9" If total height is more than that either the flybridge (or parts of it) must come off or the transport company must try to find a route that avoids overpasses with that height restriction. I'm going through this process right now.

check for some photos I posted of my move early this year.
I was unable to find anyone that could move the boat without removing the flybridge.
If I remember correctly the keel to top of house was 11'7" and loaded we were 13' 3".

Not sure where you are moving the boat to. Moved my f-32 from lake simcoe ont. to kingston ont. Used a low rider trailer. Did remove the windshield & also removed the steering wheel in case it didnt clear I would have something to show the bank. The road people (provincal) planned the route. No problems

Shouldn't be a problem in Ontario with correct route selection. My F32 came from Windsor to Midland (Doral) and only moved wind deflector and steering and shifter levers. was about 14' 8" on a low boy.
NOTE: Ontario rules and bridge heights are quite different than US east coast.
Man it's hot in Alabama!!
