F-32 Pre purchase questions from new member??

Hello everyone. I am a new member to this forum and would like to thank everyone for sharing thier knowledge and know how about the great classic trojans. My question is about a F-32 1978 that I am eyeing to purchase but the most obvious problems are stress cracked toe rails along the outside edges and rub rails unfastened in places. Could the deck (shoe box ) ?? joint be in need of new fasteners and has anyone come across this problem? Also the vessel has a small amount of soft deck core areas in the areas of the deck walk ways along the salon is this area easy to access from below the deck area??? Thanks for any reply's
