Can anyone tell me why my 78 trojan has stamped oil pans, I am 99.9% sure these are original? What do you alls oil pans look like?
I have two new engines to go in and they have the large volume cast aluminum oil pans. Does anyone know the volume of oil for them.
I am thinking big may be better more oil less problems?

I have found out in my engine manual the cast one is 6 quarts plus one for fillter seems for some reason Chrysler used the stamped pan on some of the engines to be used on V Drives. Clearance is not an issue in my configuration on the F28 so I going to use the big cast ones.
I have a service manual for 318 225 with electronic ignition included, it also has the Chrysler TSBs in the back, lot of good stuff. If I were to make a PDF of it how do you put it in sticky notes for others to use.
