mid cabin shifter cables

Does anyne know how long a port side shifter cable (or all four) are for a mid cabin?

I tried lubing it using a compressor/marvel mystery oil but the jacket has physical damage so I need to replace it.

It would be really hard to measure w/o removing it first and I'm trying to avoid the downtime.

thanks,
Bob

Ditto Paul. They usually have a model number on them. The number usually includes the length in inches (last part of number). The number is usually closest to a cable end; at the shifter or tranny, carb etc. Good luck.

I'll have to look again, I checked last year when someone suggested the same thing and not a # to be found.

That sure would make it easier...

Usually within a couple of feet of the ends but you never know with older vintages. May have also worn off. Hopefully someone with the same model that knows the length for sure will come along soon and pitch in.
