Tri-cabin Holding Tank Question

My tri-cabin has a vacuflush system on the forward and aft heads and one pump out port on the forward port deck. I had a survey done when I purchased the boat and just reread it the other day in great detail. Much to my surprise it said I had two holding tanks - one forward and one aft.
I can very easily see the vacuflush system, there are two distinct incoming lines, and both heads appear to empty into the forward holding tank which sits right next to the vacuflush system just forward of the engine room and aft of the forward stateroom.
My question is where would the aft holding tank be located, if I have one, and is it possible to have one vacuflush system and one pump out port with two holding tanks?

Anything is possible... two tanks and one empty port can be designed but would be full of disadvantages.
What is more likely to me is that the surveyor guessed wrong
Your description seemed to suggest two hoses from heads to pump and then one going to tank... so why are you expecting to have another tank?
If you did it would seem to not be connected to anything.... the lack of a second deck fitting suggests to me you only have one tank.

I am not "expecting" anything.......I am trying to find out where a second tank would be mounted if it were ever there and if my current setup makes sense for the existence of two tanks or just one tank in the system.
If I had a second tank and it was not being used I would use the space for something else if possible.
The surveyor didn't "guess" at anything. He is a personal long-time friend and I watched as he crawled and climbed all over the boat during the survey.

Our second holding tank is under the night stand between the twin beds in the aft stateroom. Our other one is in the same place as your forward tank.

Since he's a BFF, call him and ask....he might remember since it sounds like it's something he doesn't run into all the time.
Mine is exactly like yours and there are no other deck fittings
