What are the odds of replacing either the tab cylinder and/or the line while still in the water?

I wouldnt try it on mine but mine are totally under water!

need to re-seal screw holes... i wouldn't do it.

I would only do it if the hose and upper bolt holes were out of the water , and have lots of oil pads ready . But still better and easier to haul out .
