Bildge Water

Thanks to all for answering the first batch of questions.

I have a little water in the engine compartment under each engine on the outside of the main beams. Is there a drain from those areas that allow the water to get to the center and be pumped out by the bilge pump? Also the float switch in my shower sump does not activate the pump. Would this be run off of a separate switch in the control panel or should it be just run by the float switch?

Thanks
Bob

This is probably rain water coming in around your hatches. It will collect in that area near the forward bulkhead as with the unique Deltaconic hull design, this is the lowest part of the hull.

There is no factory drain

The float swith will not work unless the breaker in your 12 volt panel is turned on.
