Anyone been out yet since the storm and the dam was opened ? Have seen it from the shore working at a boat yard, their basin was full of wood, tires and poly drums. (western shore between Bodkin and Magothy)
A little hesitant about boating any distance with this amount of trash out there.

The say its showing up past the Potomac and Petty bad from the Solomons up . So far the lower bay has been far ( you need to keed a sharp look out , I think most of the stuff up there is coming from the dam .

I've been across the Bay Bridge (upper) several times in the last 2 weeks.... it's UNBELIEVEABLE the amount of crap out there. Truly sad!! Floating islands of debris, all heading south. I even think I saw a huge fridge/freezer out in the middle, and many logs.

Was out this weekend. A lot of small debris still and some bigger peices that can ruin a persons day for sure. Still all muddy looking and NO fish on the finder either!

The Patapsco River is finally starting to clear up, so is Middle River.

I don't think you will get the amount of debris down there that we had up here because I have seen alot of it beached in the area and caught up in coves. The entrance way to the cove at Sandy Point State Park was filled yesterday evening to the point boats can't transit out to the bay. I hope you don't get any of it but 'U Never Know'

The Potomac has been getting debris. I'll wait a another week before heading out. Dead heads are the last thing I need going through my mind...and hull!
