Blockage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of you fine gentlemen with freshwater cooled (closed loop) engines, don't forget to take off the end caps off of your heat exchangers. Pulled the boat last Friday and started to winterize. Pulled off end caps and found old pieces of impellers, small pebbles and some seaweed thrown in there as well. I also looked through all the passage tubes in there and found just about all of them with blockage so I need to get a coat hanger or a small diameter pipe cleaner and clean all of them out. Also you might want to pull water hose off of your oil coolers and check the screens, always find seaweed and small pieces of barnicles in there as well. I guess it's time to invest in some sea strainers . Only 8 more months to re-launch !!!!!
