I am looking at a 11 meter express cruiser for sale on ebay. The boat is selling by a charrity and at no reserve it looks good and will probably be a great deal. My question is on the side of the hull both sides there is 7 holes in the same spot on both sides at the water line what are these holes and there purpose

Be careful, cored hull which is bad news if there have been transducers installed (poorly) over the years.

That is one useless survey, I'm not sure why the bothered. It's more of a fact sheet and not even a very good one at that.

Fine print says it's not a survey, although the seller portrays it as such which is un-settling. It's an appraisal with a ton of assumptions, including that EVERYTHING mechanical works. Nothing was tested.

hat 11 meter is nearby, should anyone ber truly SERIOUS about it, I would be happy to check it out with a camera.

Ditto the hull issues.

Looks to me that the boat was left wit no upkeep or maintenance for some time (rodents) perhaps an elderly owner who finally passed on?
