Wireing suprise

Words can't describe what I found behind one of the slider doors in the saloon. I can't believe that the boat bid not catch fire. The gray wire loom holds 20 wires, and the PO had one labeled "HEAT."

Could it be a power lead to a thermostat? Those are usually low voltage

Jamie thanks for posting those pics on the first page. I have to learn how to do that.
