Custom Sound System Panels

Like to share with my fellow Trojan owners a project I had completed this past year. My boat is a 78 F36. I have installed a custom audio system thru-out the boat with these custom made fiberglass panels that house the 8" component speaker system. The sound is incredible and the look is off the hook. I would consider making these panels for anyone who may be interested. Take a look

WOw the panels look great!!

What brand of woofers and tweeters did you use?

What brand of amp and what wattage are you pushing through them?

Here are a couple of shots of my system.

2 speakers face forward, 2 face aft.

It was a pain in the neck to run all the wires through the hardtop frame, but well worth it.

The enclosures were custom made, the hardtop has an 8ft floor-to-ceiling height so they are mounted high and they sound awesome.

The speakers are JL Audio 7.7 driving the 4 speakers is a JL digital 600 watt amp.

Then therez the 750 watt JL amp that drives the JL 12W7 12" sub.

Pioneer double din deck

I was a mobile DJ back in the day so I love loud high quality music.

We would have some party if we anchored together in a cove with same music playing!!

Looks great Torcan!! I may be doing something similar on my 32. Depends if I have enough depth in my stock panels for the 10" subs I plan on using. Good work.

I have upgraded the size of my speakers and had to remake new Panels. I would be interested in selling these Pods with the Pyle component speakers at a resonable price if anyone may be interested.
