Painting aft deck

I know there are many post regarding paint on the site, just cant seem to find any that refer to this question,
I want to freshen up the look of the old gel in the aft deck of my F36 and i like to know the best product and method out there. keep in mind I need to custom tint this product to match the rest of the boat. Right now the boat is still under shrink wrap and seems to be the best dust free time to handle this.
Suggestions Please?

I find it hard to believe that no one has ever painted there aft deck

I used the Interlux, single stage 2 seasons ago and have been happy with the results. If you're really hard on it or fish it a lot, the 2 stage/epoxy is supposed to be more durable.
I went from white to Tan which hides a lot of dirt.

I went thru the previous postings all showing great info. My only input is with the Durabak product. I rebuilt my aft deck on my tri cabin 2 years ago using Durabak in two tone with tan non skid on the deck and white gloss on the aft cabin wall and deck perimeter. The non skid tan color stains easily, but the bigger problem I found is with the white gloss. It oozes a black stain in various areas from the sun. I clean it with bleach, scouring pads, rust off, you name it. It's like it isn't made to be directly in the sun. Bottom line I wish I had used a more proven product like Interlux.

I did the cockpit deck on my F32 last year. Used a tintable product called 'Raptor', which is a spray bedliner material, available in autobody supply stores. Tinted great to match the carpet in the salon. Sprays from an undercoating type gun (cheap) that screws to the can of product, after you catalyze it. Sprayed right over 36 grit scratches and buried them. I added some aluminum silicate powder to increase non-skid, without shredding bare skin when you rub against it. Looks and works great.
You can kind of see what it looks like under the fish.
