Might be better off with this one : fresh water boat, gas instead of diesl though, but probably in a better shape without having had salt exposure.

pretty good deal. those 230HP Volvo KAD42A diesels are good engines.

Looks like blown #4 cylinder needs a piston and sleeve ...

# 3 got water in it , no carbon

2 bad cly , fer sure and u can't see the other 4 pistons .

Paul, looking at the engine, being portside, it would be number 4 cylinder. You know, that shiny looking one...
