I was looking around on Yacht World and found this 1978 54' Trojan that was built to compete with the Hatteras 53' & 58' PH Motoryacht. I never knew Trojan made a boat like this. At $108K it undercuts a comparable Hatteras by over $100K.

Looks in really good condition.

I also found a trawler that Trojan made - neat looking boat and looks in real good condition.

Just found another 54' Pilot House in Knoxville for sale - a 1977 for $229k. Looks in great shape and absolutely gorgeous inside.

The 54 pilothouse is from the Trojan - Sheppard days (when they were sharing designs). There is a Sheppard version near me that has been for sale for a few of years. The hull might be glass over wood, not 100% glass (at least that is what the Sheppard looks like).

The 54 is an F- Series. All glass hull and superstructure with the exception of the decks. They are teak over plywood. Really cool boat, engines are all the way aft...V-drives.

Not actually land locked - he appears to be connected to the Tennessee River so you can go to the Gulf or the Mississippi River with enough time and money.
