F26 Owner Needs Help and Parts

Well my Dad bought what I believe to be an F26 about 6 years ago and it has sat in a storage facility ever since. He is now working out of town and I had the boat moved over to my place to work on. It has a LM 318B in it and I am currently looking for several parts to get it running and surprise him when he comes in town later in june. The problem is he already took some things apart and removed the exhaust and manifolds. I was wondering if anybody had pictures of their exhaust routing and wiring in their f26. I also need a rebuilt carburetor and exhaust manifold gaskets.
I also was wandering if there was anything else I needed to do since the boat hasn't been cranked in over 6 years.
Any help I can get would be appreciated.
Thanks
Pictures soon to come.

What year is the F26? The 1971 and 1972 models had a V-drive while the later models had a direct drive. The exhaust, etc. you need will depend on the year.

Sorry didn't provide very much info. The tag on the Chrysler 318 indicates the motor as being a 76. ANd here are some pictures of the boat. Like I said I am also looking for a rebuilt carb for the 318 as well as exhaust manifold gaskets.

Welcome to the forum. I think before you start spending money on what you think you need I would completely go over the engine and find out is the real condition. If it has been sitting for 6 years you could also have fuel tank problems, internal engine rust, and the big question- was it running when it was put away?
What happens is you say "OK" i'll spend 1,000 to get it running, then after it is running you find out it's another 1,000 to fix the items you didn't know about, then launch the boat and find even more problems that you would only find out once the boat is in the water. You are talking about a 36 year old engine and if you really want to enjoy the boat and not worry about getting home I would start looking around for a good running take out or pull that one and have it rebuilt. Each option will get you going by June.
Sorry, I am not trying to be all doom and gloom but in the long run you and your father will enjoy the boat 5X more if you are running the piss out it rather than repairing it all the time.

I completely understand and from what I know the boat was running when it was put away, I honestly think I can get away with a few parts and a good coat of bottom paint. But, I may be wrong. I don't mind taking a gamble every once in a while. The car I am driving as a daily driver sat for eight years and all I did was replace the fuel lines and fuel tank and slap a new carburetor on it and it runs like a charm. Maybe I will get lucky twice.

Will this work for my 318. I know the edelbrock 1409 is for marine applications and it says this is a remanufactured 1409...

I like 1409's, but if I had a 318 I think I'd look around for a Carter. Maybe some of the other 318 owners would have an opinion on this.
