Guys/Gals.

I've got a 1975 Tri-cab with the engines in the aft state room under the beds. I want to get automatic fire extingishers but do not know the size i need. The engine room is joined by the open space along the transome and I'm estimating 150', 2x75' of space. Then there is the generator under the salon where the gas tanks are. I'm thinking anouther 150' of space.

Does anyone with the older tri-cabs have them installed, what size and where are they mounted?

Thanks!

I have a '75 as well with fire suppression that was professionally installed. I will check this weekend on the size and take photos of the locations for you.

You will probably need 10-12 lb in each engine area and 16-18 lb for the space under the salon. My rule with fire extinguishers is, more is better.
