my tri fly has the wooden trim, I guess we would call it the rub rail that would contact the dock all around the top of the hull with the metal trim on the face. The PO hit a # of things and I need 5-6 feet to splice in, anyone have a source for it? Maybe Bob ( I can call him) but shipping over theborder from a business is usually a drama. other thought is just buying teak and finding someone with a c&c to make one for me

what to do?

roofer, that rubrail is unique to early Trojans. Likely made by Trojan, so not available new unless custom milled. But I might be able to help, as I happen to still possess the aft cockpit combing and rub rail section of the Tri-Cabin hull I cut up last fall. (With teak costing almost $30 a board foot, thought I would rescue the teak cockpit trim for some future project.) I think I can get a decent 5-6' length of rub rail for you.

The rub (get it?) is that I'm in Michigan, so we'd have to figure out the shipping aspect.

Let me know if I can help.
