It's happened to me.............I spent 30 minutes one day after hooking up the shorepower trying to figure out why I wasn't getting any power to the panel and looking for the reverse polarity light to show green or red. Then it dawned on me. I needed to flip the main breaker on my main panel. Then all was good. I got the green light and then flipped the rest of the breakers I needed. Felt like an idiot at that point.....I call them "BRAIN FARTS".......

You mean you checked at the dock pedestall? Did you check at the end of the shore power cord that hooks up to the boat to see if there is power there?....could be a faulty cord. Where is the last place you measure 120 volts?
